Why are people idiots?
1. People say RE5 is racist.....for having a White man, killing africans who were zombies.....and he's in AFRICA....What, it's fine when your shooting other white people, or when your shooting the spaniards from RE4, but add it as an african village, with AFRICAN INHABITANTS, and the main character being STRANDED, and all of a sudden, it's racist? -.-....So many people are idiots....
2. Now, people somehow conclude that Portal is pro female....
Stating that the companion cube is like 'the father', and when you burn it, 'your ignoring the want/need for father approval' or something like that, and that FPS are inherently a MALE thing, and the guns/violence are a MALE trait, and that how Portal works as an alternate FPS is using a portal gun, to outsmart rather then out gun, stating that women are 'smarter', and that the portals represent the re birth of the protagonist into new trials.
Not to mention GlaDoS (or however you spell that damn abomination's name) is stated to be 'a motherly figure created by the cold laws of science by man, thus not truly displaying emotion', among other things....WHAT THE FUCK? WHAT, IS EVERY GAME SUPPOSE TO HAVE SOME HIDDEN ISSUE ON CURRENT PROBLEMS IN THE WORLD?....I agree with Scott from F@nboys....Can't a game...JUST....BE....A.....GAME?!
What's with all this 'hidden meanings' bullshit that games are 'secretly teaching'....I swear, people who try to 'ersuade' you that a game represents something like racism, or pro female issues, or any of this other BS....are almost as bad as Tack Jhompson...
